Luxottica Rewards is an incentive rewards program designed for Luxottica’s independent retail channel to encourage sell-through of eyewear brands. Having run successfully for 5 years, the program needed to remain relevant, engaging and rewarding.

Zinc conducted research with 392 members to help drive a better program and create more opportunities for members to be rewarded. Members prioritised having an even playing field with more opportunities for prizing, so Zinc reviewed the tiering and reward categories to create a better member experience.
